The project is implemented by the Yuksalish movement with funding from the European Union.
Implementation period: December 2024 – May 2025.

In February 2025, the fourth media school was held under the theme "Media Literacy and Fact-Checking: Developing Critical Thinking and Information Literacy."

The goal of the project is to enhance critical thinking and information literacy among media professionals and bloggers, as well as to improve their competencies in media education.

The project focuses on equipping participants with knowledge and practical skills in media literacy, fostering critical thinking, and strengthening fact-checking abilities among bloggers and media representatives. Other key objectives include developing tools for identifying disinformation, understanding the role of the media in shaping public opinion, and creating opportunities for experience-sharing between local media professionals and experts from the EU.

Target audience: young journalists, students of relevant faculties, aspiring and experienced bloggers, as well as media workers aiming to improve their digital platform skills.

Upon completion of the media school, an analytical study is planned titled "Analysis of the Legal Framework in the Context of Disinformation Risks in National Media." The study will be conducted in collaboration with media school alumni and invited experts, including journalists, fact-checkers, and legal professionals.
