Campaign goal:
Increasing the number of trees in Uzbekistan, mobilizing the efforts of various organizations to preserve and expand the green cover of the republic, creating a favorable environment.

Huawei, Botanical Garden, Free Tourism Zone under the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, regional administrations, concerned agencies, active citizens, compatriots abroad, forestry specialists, environmental experts.

What is done?
1,652,113 trees were planted in 8 regions of Uzbekistan in 2019;
In 2020, the campaing covered 12 regions of Uzbekistan, planting 2,125,225 ornamental and fruit trees;
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 31, 2021, provides for conducting the One Million Trees Campaign in Tashkent this fall and in the spring of 2022. By 2023, it is planned to increase the area of green spaces in the capital by 30 percent.
