Campaign goal:
Building the capacity of national media representatives in professional ethics and analytical journalism to ensure objective coverage of the ongoing reforms in the regions of Uzbekistan, provided for in the Action Strategy 2017-2021.

What is done?
Five zonal trainings were organized for representatives of print and online media from all regions of Uzbekistan;

120 journalists from all regions of Uzbekistan underwent trainings;

A special web platform www.tahlilmedia.uz has been created, containing about 100 materials by the training participants;

A model Code of Professional Ethics for journalists of Uzbekistan has been developed and published in the open access;

A draft law has been developed to strengthen responsibility for obstructing the professional activities of journalists.
