The Yuksalish movement aims at uniting citizens, government officials, public figures, representatives of academia, the business community, NGOs, and compatriots abroad on a voluntary basis to support the implementation of reforms in Uzbekistan.

The movement has already achieved significant milestones, including the creation of a platform of independent experts of Central Asia, Civil Society Forum, and the region’s first academy of NGOs. Also, two cities of Uzbekistan and Turkey received the status of "sister cities".

Starting from 2024, the Yuksalish movement, as an international organization, aims to foster relationships with public institutions, think tanks, and political circles in Central Asian states and developed countries. The organization also seeks to establish an open platform for dialogue.
